Peter Staríček
Peter has over 14 years of experience in advising on procedural law and representing clients before courts and administrative authorities. After passing professional court exams, Peter spent several years working in Slovak courts.
He has valuable knowledge about the decision-making tendencies of courts in various types of litigation. He is also the author of the expert article entitled The Collision of Institutions of Limitation and Good Morals (from the point of view of the application practice of courts), published in the magazine Súkromné právo, 2/2016.
Thanks to his knowledge of Italian, he also provides legal services to our Italian clients.
