Nominee of the Private Equity Deal of the Year in Slovakia in the CVCA & SLOVCA Awards 2023
Our law firm advised Tomáš Červenka, the founder of the MTBIKER group, on a transaction consisting in the sale of part of the shares of the MTBIKER group to the Eterus investment fund managed by Wood&Co. We are very pleased that this transaction was one of the nominees for the Private Equity Deal of the Year in Slovakia at the CVCA & SLOVCA Awards 2023.
