Kamila Turčanová

For more than 15 years Kamila has focused on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity / venture capital transactions.

She has advised local and foreign clients on a variety of corporate and commercial transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and corporate restructurings. In the area of company law, she specializes in setting up and structuring new holdings, corporate reorganization and the conversion of existing companies and cross-border transactions.

Prior to joining MCL, she worked for the Slovak office of Havel & Partners.
