we advised on the sale of the NordCity Poštová project in Žilina to the portfolio of Erste Asset Management
MCL Law Firm advised its long-standing clients, a real estate developer Reinoo, a.s. and a company V6, s. r. o. on the sale of the well-known Žilina building NordCity Poštová to the portfolio of Erste Asset Management. Messers Milan Dubec and Marek Václavík are the entrepreneurs behind these companies.
The completion of the transaction took place on 31 October 2023 and was preceded by a comprehensive reorganization of the NordCity zone in Žilina, where the NordCity Poštová building is located and where the developer Reinoo has been developing several real estate projects for several years, including the Obchodná office building project and a shared parking house project with a capacity of 600+ parking spaces.
The NordCity Poštová building project which has a leasable area of almost 13,000 sqm, has been extensively renovated in 2019. Of this area, 10,600 sqm consists of office space and 2,350 sqm of retail space. The developer’s intention is for the emerging new IT and technology zone NordCity to create a space of over 33,000 sqm.
