Martin Habán
Martin has more than 14 years of experience in advising local and foreign clients on complex compliance and regulatory issues, real estate and construction projects.
He advises clients on all aspects of real estate transactions, including construction, development, sales and leasings, and on complex disputes in the commercial, real estate and construction sectors.
He also advises large and medium sized companies on establishing business relations with customers and suppliers.
Before founding MCL, Martin worked at the Bratislava office of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and at the Valko & Volný law firm.
